I can't make it past the first page on the membership storefront.

The most common reason people have trouble making it past the first storefront page is that they don't make an active selection for each option on the page. There are three options/add-ons with dropdown menus and you must select a choice for each of them, even if it is 'no' or 'no thanks'. We recommend trying your purchase again and making a selection in each of the dropdown menus. We're also glad to process your membership order over the phone (1-800-957-1046).
